Yoga: My Roadmap for Self-Discovery

I practice for my students, I teach for myself.

I began to develop my yoga practice in 2011 and after participating in an Instagram #yogaeverydamnday challenge. Back then, I never thought I’d be leading people through their own practice.

What began as a very physically rewarding practice eventually evolved into a deep dive into my Self. 

I learned not just how to open and strengthen my body with intention, but how to open my mind and my heart in ways I could have never imagined. 

I received my 200-hour yoga certification from Open Sky is 2017 with continued education in Back Care and Restorative Yoga in 2018 and 2019.
